Whether you are an existing care user or looking to hire a new service provider or simply wanting to check what’s on offer our platform is designed to suit all your needs. You can create your needs yourself, or, talk to one of our experts to help you. Once ready, you can post your care needs confidentially to all providers while keeping your ID secret. Our platform will enable you to start receiving tailored and bespoke offers that you can review, short list the providers of your choice and decide to release your ID only to those whom you want to work with. You will then be able to chat with your selected providers, negotiate rates and agree the final prices. The overall process is stress free and intuitively designed for ease of use. The best part is that we do not interfere in the pricing and we are 100% transparent. With Care Marketplace you are always sure what you are paying for. We have priced our service based on use so you only pay once you decide to release your ID and it is a fixed one time charge. For all Care providers, whether you are an agency, a care home or self employed worker our services reduces the cost of connecting with your customers. All our customers are validated with their needs fully captured. We go the extra mile in supporting our customers and therefore you have the assurance. Care Marketplace gives you the flexibility to price your offers and edit your offers multiple times. We do not charge any mark ups and all our services are priced either on a use basis as a single transaction fee applied when you secure the customer through us or a monthly and yearly subscription fee with flexible volumes to suit your business.
